As an experienced contractor and business owner, Brad has taken the skills he gleaned from his father and built a thriving business - creating jobs and opportunities for over a dozen individuals over the years.

Brad and his team have purchased, rehabilitated, and resold over 70 houses in the past ten years. Brad specializes in solving property problems and has created a program that quickly alleviates financial stress from homeowners. He has streamlined the buying process from the typical 45 days to 10 days or less, giving quick mortgage freedom to those needing to sell homes quickly.

Brad grew his contracting business by word of mouth for nearly 35 years by providing high-quality services through an integrity-driven business model. Brad is an active member of his community and donates numerous hours monthly to causes benefiting the needy in his community. Brad and his wife Kris have been married for over 42 years and are the proud parents of seven children and sixteen grandchildren.
